I wanted to inform this group of a knowledge event in Houston that will be hosted by the University of Houston. It will be a forum for recruiters to share best practices.
How do you balance the need for talent attraction and retention with cost reduction requirements? How do other companies tackle this challenge? And how do top students perceive employers and industries as destinations for future careers beyond recession?
