I need help filling Sales Roles for Offshore Solutions Firm

I have a client with 7 hot openings for Sales people. They are an Offshore Solutions firm.  I would like to work with an independent recruiter and do a 50/50 split. Fees are 20% and salaries should be at leas $100k. If you have placed salespeople with their competitors such as TaTa or Cognizant or Infosys you would be a good fit for me and have a good shot at making some deals and I don't have the bandwidth and would really appreciate the help.

Wireless DBA Engineer

This position will serve as the SME within network operations staff for complex system integration , moving them from Q/A all the way through to production and life cycle management post deployment.    Key focus on complex switch translations and routing within the Wireless VoIP switching network, IMS, and interconnection to the existing core TDM network/PSTN.   This position will also assist in the development and implementation of next generation architecture (SIP/IMS), wireless technologies, and advanced services offerings into my clients existing core communications networks .  

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

*responsible for the integration and operational support of wireless switching network including SIP core switching, IP Multimedia Systems, Data and Video product offerings to deliver cross product offerings to  end users.

*cross functional planning and development of services with new product development and engineering to insure new products meet standard for network operations and network reliability.

*key role in the acceptance and approval of design plans, architecture, and deployment plans for wireless product offering from engineering.

*Responsible for coordination and planning/approval of network activities related to maintenance and upkeep of the  network.

*serve as highest level of technical support, v endor coordination/management for resolution of complex issues,

*c onfiguration, provisioning of all telephone switches.

*apply software changes and corrections to insure uniform application of all software corrections across the entire network .

*interface with the NOC staff to resolve hardware vs. software problems

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

*BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.

*5-8 years of field experience in relevant field.

*SME related to SIP Switch Operations, Engineering, Planning and Forecasting as well as Wireless Network Operations (GSM, CDMA, IMS and UMTS).   TDM/VoIP switch operations with Nortel DMS, CS2K and Cisco BTS 10200 as well as knowledge/experience with SCP, SMS, MMS, Mobile Positioning Center/Position Determining Entity, and WAP a plus

*Demonstrated ability to bring complex systems to market.

*Candidate must posses a thorough working knowledge of signaling protocols - SIP, SIGTRAN, WIN, H.248, IS-41, GR711, ENUM, IS-801, etc.
