  I am a member of Irina Shamaeva's Boolean Strings on LinkedIN and her forum at http://booleanstrings.wordpress.com/

  Being of the continuous learning type (my foundation has been through AIRS, Shally & on-going self learning), I just attended two of Irina's webinars (Advanced Web Techniques Level III and LinkedIn Sourcing with a free Account) found their content to be quite refreshing. She helped connect some dots on how to leverage email addresses or how to go about using LI given their new changes. She talks about strategy. Irina is an all out "let's experiment" gal and she truly encourages us to give it a try. I would recommend her classes for newbies to experts and also consider participating in Boolean Strings discussions.
