  Todd Rapheal posted on his blog a video about the "dev life" with salesforce.com.

  I commented that Salesforce.com continues to be the best "remedy" for getting recruiting teams off of spreadsheets with the claim that you will never move your team "forward" if you use spreadsheets to manage them. 

  I've never met a recruiting spreadsheet I couldn't convert.  As I love challenges, if you have one that you would like to see converted...please..challenge me...I dare you. :)
