PLACEMENT FEE GUARANTEE ? What is considered Industry Standard?

I have a client who claims a the industry standard placement fee agreement is 100% refund for employment of less than 6 months.  I do not believe this to be the case based on my corporate recruiting experience, but what do you think?  I thought a Prorated Fee Schedule over the 6 months is more in line with industry standards.  Do you have any data/stats/info you could share?

Recruiter Compensation

Hi group, My name is Crystal Romero, and I have been a recruiter for just under 3 years. I am being considered for a Healthcare Recruiter role, and have been requested to summarize my goals, monthly placements, commission structure, and percentage of Direct Hire versus Temp placements. I have never been asked this question, and do not know how to handle it. I have worked for 3 different staffing agencies in the Engineering and IT industries. All three had very different structures and goals. Any advice would be appreciated.

finance recruiting agency

Hello,

My company recently closed their finance/accounting department and I'm looking to continue recruiting finance professionals. Although I worked as a junior internal recruiter, I'm looking to join an agency (draw against commission) to continue learning and further my recruiting career. I mainly recruited passive candidates (controllers, financial analyst, SEC, project managers, senior accountants, etc) and sourced via cold calling.

I'm also not opposed to working at home if space is an issue. I'm based in So. California.
