  Our rates for Monster are escalating. They now want to charge for views as well as a significant rate hike. Anyone ele experienceing this?

    I just updated our account today, for the next 12 months, and my rep didn't say anything about that.

    Mary,

    I've heard about Monster's plans to start charging for resume views from a number of our clients. We've seen a significant increase in the number of inquiries and purchases of our resume searching product. I had thought that it was due to the change that we made a few months ago that allowed recruiters to be able to search and view as many resumes as they want without having to pay (we block the contact info until they purchase), but then these stories started to come in so I have to believe that at least part of what we're seeing is due to what Monster is doing.
