  Video Resumes - Who Needs Them? follow this discussion

  There is a lot of hype about candidates creating video resumes so they can “show their personality and stand out”.  I'm sorry to be a stick-in-the-mud but I don't think video resumes are very useful for most people.  Here's why: http://bit.ly/UJCdx
