  Social networking has become the en vogue recruitment technique and obviously the most successful recruiters have many tool in their toolboxes including the phone, internet ads and newspaper ads etc.

  But how effective is social networking for recruiters in the healthcare arena, particularly Therapists and Nurses

  What has been your experience? successful or not? worth the time or not?
