    Good Morning, David:
    
    Thanks for asking. Like other industries, healthcare has not been immune to the current economic fallout. What our research shows, however, is that the impacts have not been evenly distributed across the various U.S. regions. While some areas remain seemingly unphased, others are experiencing critical challenges. Depending on the question, the results per region (Western, Southern, North Central & Northeastern) vacillate in fascinating, and sometimes unpredictable, ways. The survey was administered to members of NAHCR. By their responses, we can identify that certain regions are more willing to embrace new and emerging technologies, while others are expressing some concerns over their leadership and their understanding of the current recruiting climate.
