  When you first decided to go into business for yourself and open up a company on your own, were there ever doubts to whether you thought you could make it successful.  Are you operating as an LLC or a Sole Proprietorship?

    Doubt.  Interesting question.  I don't think true entrepreneuers have a lot of doubt.  I think they're mostly focused on the idea and have a certain obsessive/compulsiveness around it that scuttles doubt.

    I'd love to hear others ideas about this.

    I was a sole p for many many years.  I am now a corporation.  Paperwork was easier as a sole p.  I now have to have professionals prepare stuff.  That's not saying your mileage would be the same.
