I'm curious as to how companies are maintaining their OFCCP compliance documentation when
- College systems are doing automated screening and turn-down based on company set criteria
- Resume reviews are done on college systems that don't ask for stage and reason for rejection (not qualified = not an "applicant", not the most qualified = applicant, but no longer a candidate)
- There aren't necessarily provisions for collecting EEO data from students who meet the "applicant" criteria but never make it as far as the firm's own Applicant Tracking system?
What kind of policies and procedures and/or technologies have you put in place for this?
