    Seeking my first Austin opportunity follow this discussion

    For family reasons, I am looking to relocate to Austin from Minneapolis-St. Paul, where I've been a technical recruiter for 10 years. I'm open to contract, corporate or agency opportunities. Any tips or info on potential contacts would be much appreciated! Thanks!

    My most recent role has been a hybrid between corporate contract recruiting, with prior experience in full-service IT recruiting. My recent focus has been working with .NET developers, user interface designers, business analysts, QAs and project managers; previous experience with IT infrastructure and packaged software specialists, Java, C/C++, mainframe developers and more.

      I've been a member there for just over a year (although I'm not local to Austin, they still accept me!) and find the members extremely helpful. There's a lot of technical people on there, but plenty of recruiters (and job postings) as well.
