    Strengths and Weaknesses of ATS vendors follow this discussion

    Other than Gartner's "Magic Quadrant" for recruiting, does anyone have any information on the strengths and weaknesses of various best-in-class and HR ERP ATS vendors (Brass Ring, Taleo, PeopleClick, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)?

      Bersin just published a report Talent Management Systems 2010: Market Realities, Implementation Experiences and Solution Provider Profiles http://www.bersin.com/Lib/Rs/Details.aspx?Docid=103311599

      It is geared toward ERP systems at larger orgs (Global 1000 and Fortune 500).

      Does anyone know if a resource is available for purchase that evaluates the companies listed on the  hotlist? ERE used to offer such a guide. Is it still available?

      I implemented Taleo in 2006 so my content is a little old, but... If you Google the Feb 13, 2006 issue of Workforce Management Magazine, they had a great pdf that ranked the ATS providers using various criteria. I wouldn't be surprised if they have done more recent iterations of this same ranking.

      Patrick, ERE puts a guide out as you've seen, but CareerBuilder also puts one out.

      This one is a couple years old, I havent seen the one for 2007 yet.
