  Would like to hear from anyone who has used/using the Monster TMS. As a newer user - we are trying to learn more about the pitfalls and success of the system. Prefer to talk to someone who is using the HR Smart product that Monster rebundles. Thank you, Derek

    Derek,

    I've used it before and can give you a candid appraisal - get another system.  It's cumbersome, unitiuitive, and has a user interface that's so 1990's.  It has about half to a third of the functionality of other Applicant Tracking Systems,
