    Self-Hosted Client/Server ATS recommendation needed follow this discussion

    I'm looking for a Self-hosted Client/Sever ATS software specifically for Third Party Recruiters. I�??m moving from web-based product and not interested in going back to ASP.

    I need a robust system which parses well (including PDF), integrates with Outlook, and is affordable for 1 license. <$2,000K with annual maintenance / upgrade fees $150.00 or less.

    Please provide the PROS and CONS to your recommended software and WHY you would recommend it over others you�??ve used.

      I am interested to understand why you're looking for a client/server solution? Typically these are not cost effective for smaller firms and more and more vendors are offering SaaS models. SaaS is different from the ASP models in the fact that your monthly billing should fluctuate based on the number of users currently using the system. In these models you should find out what happens to your data should you choose to cancel early.
