  background check screening vendors

  I am looking at consolidating the two background check vendors I use for my US recruiting (we are a Canadian company). I currently use Occuscreen and Verifications Inc. Any recommendations?

    Have you considered GIS who does both Canada and US background checks?

    We are in the healthcare industry and so we require solid information very quickly.  I recommend AMICUS.  They are owned by Attourneys and offer tremendous protection in regards to any liabilities without additinoal costs.  They have better or comparable prices but offer better quality.  I researched many different companies.  Call Jeff Jones at 727-412-4025.  That is his cell and he is the legal counsel.  I can't remember the main number but they are at www.amicusresearch.com  Tell them Doug recommended please.
