  I'm considering purchasing AIRS-Sourcepoint or Talent Drive-Talent Filter.  Very similar products but a few variations, can anyone using either of these products share any pros and cons?

    Did you look at Broadlook Technologies?  They have some really solid products that I would look at before making any decisions.

    What are you using as your ATS?
