  TARGET: What are the most progressive HR Recruiting ATS systems that are enabling easy partnering and
  placement between partners or service providers?

  Who is making it equally efficient to "populate" and "share" data relative to
  Job(s) and Resume(s)-- so must have the flexibility of adding individual or
  batch processing for both Job Requisitions and Resume Directories-- ideally with
  RSS feed exchange in/out.

    Dawn -

    I think I know where you are going - check out our system HRMDirect.com - I think most of the major vendors have a vendor portal that will allow that easy flow of details back and forth - the challenge is that the company often doesn't want to share a lot of the information with a vendor.
