  How to maintain a candidate in Malaysia follow this discussion

  Hi,

  I'm working on a recruitment project in Malaysia. I'm looking for advice on how to maintain candidates. See, i found them through out the internet. I sent them initial email. But, somehow they just go straight to the bin. I wonder if there's a trick to recruit successfully?
