  Regional Job Board Postings Which One? follow this discussion

  Hello everyone!

  I am trying to identify some additional resources to utilize to post jobs and search resumes. I wanted your input, as far as, best job boards for quality recruiter candidates in Phoenix. I am a Corporate Recruiter and we are trying to strategize on the the best way to utilize our expenses on job board posts. We use Monster already, but wanted to find a great regional resource as well.

    I have had luck with ihirehr.com, it is not state specific, but it gets posted on the job sites and it gets emailed to passive candidates. If you are looking for a recruiter with 3 years or less of experience try cragislist. I have had good success finding the more entry level HR and recruiters on there
