Arizona has a very interesting, unique, and competitive talent landscape compared to other markets and the National scope. With the abundance of bi-linguals, an increasingly saturated employer marketplace, and new recruiting hurdles seemingly every day (just to name a few), effective talent acquisition for every industry is becoming increasingly difficult. With this in mind, my goal with this discussion group is the idea that 2 minds are better than one; to engage in thought-provoking dialogue around current topics effecting recruitment in total and in Arizona, to better ourselves and realize our strategic goals.
