    Hello fellow architectural recruiters:

    I understand that there is a split board, but wanted to check with you all personally. In case your employer or clients do not respond well to particular candidates, why not post their skill set so that we may be able to view each other's inventory. I think it would be beneficial for each other to share talent and receive credit for a good fill.

    Are their particular hard positions that you are trying to fill that I may be able to help out with?

    I typically come across candidates within the Mid Atlantic and North East.

      Hi JAY, i specialized in Architectural recruitment in South Africa back in early eighties right through to 93 ,and there used to be an incredible pool of talent from young grads from the best European Varsities escaping from a very saturated and unpreciative european market, but in any event there was always a surplus of talent. Have u contacted any specialist recruiters in South Africa? I understand your looking for design talent PLUS 7 to 8 years exp. but even so... I would check it out.
