  Finding good PM's follow this discussion

  Where is everyone going in finding good project manager's right now? It seems as if the industry here in Phoenix has come to slowing point. Everyone (all other firms) are looking for the same type of people; however, now candidates are scared and not really looking as much. Where are people finding good PM's in this slow down?
