Hi Ruthie,  I work with Deborah Brown at Travelers on a separate hiring initiative.  There are a number of diversity professional organizations and HR and related programs at HBCU and HACU schools that AfterCollege works with that are likely to have produced candidates who meet the criteria you've mentioned. You can create an employer account on AfterCollege.com to search for relevant candidates, or I'll be happy to set up a time to talk and provide some suggestions based on effective tactics of employers that recruit for similar talent.

Feel free to contact me through this group or at jmccarthy@aftercollege.com (646 596 9397).

      I hope this helps,
      Jenny
