  I am recruiting for a contracts administrator for the Fayetteville, GA area. I am in need of ideas for recruiting. This position is requiring some creativity.

    Hi Michelle,

    If you have not posted on monster or dice.com already, you might also want to try recruiting former military candidates www.militaryhire.com or quick calls to your local Military Recruiting offices asking for names of former military personnel looking for jobs. I was able to identify many candidates with this type of expertise and experience at various locations.
