    Hi everyone,

I just started a new job as a recruiter for an Aeronatical DoD company. I am trying to find Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and was wondering if you would recommend any job posting websites for me to try.

    I appreciate your help.

    Dana

Depending on the skill set required here are a few niche ones:

      http://www.cfd-online.com/Jobs/

      http://jobshoppinfools.com/

      http://cjhunter.com

      http://cadtalent.com/

      http://jobs.crows.org/search.cfm

      http://www.getmachinistjobs.com/

      http://www.engineer.net/

      http://www.engineer500.com/

That should give you a start, but the real challenge is timing when contracts that are ending and finding out when similar companies will be completing a project and good talent will be rolling off.

      Good Luck,

      Hi Dana-

Certainly there are some great websites out there for your active jobseekers.....the sites mentioned by the last poster are great......also I know in the DC Metro area there are some excellent job fairs running through the spring. I would also think that you want to create some search strings on google, maybe delve into your linked in network and some other *free* resources to locate the candidates you need.

Easy one to get you started on Google:

      (inurl:resume OR intitle:resume OR inurl:cv OR intitle:cv OR inurl:vitae OR intitle:vitae OR inurl:bio OR intitle:bio) "mechanical engineer"

---You can replace mechanical engineer with whatever your job title is that you're seeking to fill or top requirement. And certainly add on to that string as you need to.......

      Good luck with your searching,

      Kelly
