  I have some great candidates with DOD/Aerospace backgrounds. I am looking to network to see if i can place some of these candidates for a split fee. I need recruiters who have openings with the companies that deal in these types of placements. Program managers, DOD experts, most have Navy and or Air Force backgrounds.
