  We have a new opening for our client in Nebraska.

  I am reaching out to see if anyone may know of a candidate looking for work that would consider the Midwet.

  Here is the information:

  Position: Senior Architectural Project Manager Location; Omaha, Nebraska Salary 80-90k Position offers great individual growth potential to become the Leader of our established Life Care Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for design leadership, production, programming, and business development under the guidance of the Principal-in-charge. This position requires extensive client contact and knowledge of the Life Care industry. Lead, design and manage project team to ensure the completion of projects while satisfying the needs of the client and ensuring cost effective and critical design criteria. Use your creativity to produce innovative design solutions for our clients in this market. Qualifications o Minimum of 5-10 years of architectural experience o Professional Registration required, AIA or NCARB o Experience in the design and marketing of Senior Living Facilities (Nursing, Assisted Living, Dementia Care, Independent Living, Wellness) o Must have good communication, scheduling, and organizational skills o Ability to lead, coordinate and communicate with project team members o Knowledge of various computer programs associated with Architecture, including Auto CAD a plus Please send your current resume to susand@gvstaffing.com
