I'm looking for hire a Researcher for our offices. We are a firm of 3 Recruiters, but growing. Hope to eventually be an office of 10 within 5 years. Rather than hire someone new to the industry as a Recruiter, I'd rather bring them in as a Researcher and see where it goes. I'm trying to determine how best to utilize a Researcher to support our Recruiters. Any suggestions?

Ken,
I head research for a firm which provides on demand research solutions to clients worldwide. We have trained and experienced researchers based out of our offices in Asia. Our charges could be as low as $20 per hour for real time support.
Besides this we can also offer fulfillment solutions to your group supporting database hiring and Internet sourcing.
I would be happy to give you a call to discuss our solutions. Just let me know when.
Best wishes,

I think we got cut-off at the end of our conversation. If you or your Partners have any additional questions about our research services - just let me know.
Thanks!

It's Grant Hubbard - formerly of ProSearch Group. How the heck are you? I had no idea you relocated down to Texas - I hope everything is going well.
I'm the Sr. Business Development Officer for a company called Qualigence - we're the largest research firm here in the U.S.. Instead of hiring a researcher full-time - you can use our research services when you have a need. We charge our clients $100/hour with no minimums to use. Why hire somebody internally when you don't know their skill-level in this area and you'd be adding a fixed-cost when you don't have to? Let me know your thoughts.......
