Does anyone use and pay for any profile sourcing tool such as Sharkstrikes or Referyes.com?

  While I realize you can build your own search strings, and source for free, I decided to use Referyes because of their reasonable monthly pricing. I found it to be a pretty good resource to add to my arsenal of recruiting/sourcing tools.
