looking for a certain sourcing automation tool follow this discussion

    started 24 days ago by

Need your help here. I've seen a sourcing tool that meta-searched resume databases from multiple job boards that a firm subscribed to. It then  held resumes viewed from a job board in a seperate database so subsequent views of the resume would not count as additional views. Make sense. Can't remember the tool. Would like to reconnect. Any thoughts? Email ken.sevec@gmail.com. Thanks!

      Matt,

Thanks for the reply. It's not Daxtra as I've seen the product demo with Christian a while back. I appreciate your input. I'm very familiar with your space (ATS) as I've researched and evaluated many products and was intimately involved in the development of a large-scale proprietary ATS and canididate relationship management solution at my last company. Let me know if you would like to chat further. I would welcome the opportunity to connect on LinkedIn.

I've recently left Allegis Group and am netwoking to identify my next opportunity.

I'm not sure which one you were talking about, but Daxtra has a new tool that pulls in the summary information without being charged for views.  The cool thing is it can also compare against your existing database.  You run Peoplesoft I believe?   I hope this helps, and I can hook you up with Christian from Daxtra (he is actually out of DC) if you are interested.  I've been in the space for a while and spent the last several years with Bond before coming over to Bullhorn, I think their (Daxtra's) search tool is one of the best.

      Tracy,

Thanks! Yes, I'm familiar with Talent Hook but it's not the product I'm trying to remember. I remember it being a lesser known product. I appreciate your reply. Thanks again.

I believe you are talking about TalentHook.  You can set the preferences to not view things you have seen before.

You might be talking about Infogist.

      Tracy,

Not Infogist. Thanks anyway. It was a small, niche product. I'll remember one of these days. Thanks again.
