    Stripped down ATS? follow this discussion

    I'm looking for a basic ATS to house contact info (name and email) for hot candidates that I may be able to use in the future.  Ideally I'd like it to periodically remind select candidate to visit my job board.  Any suggestions?

      I've recenty started using Big Biller and it seems to be working well.

      If you are a small shop or independent, take a look at PC Recruiter's legacy desktop app. It costs $1,000, you buy it outright.

      Our product offers unlimited customization and has an automated email server built in.  It's hosted and web-based, providing people, company and project records so it might be too much for your needs.  It's not the cheapest, but the customization ensures it will be the last you'll need. It can email to individuals or groups automatically based on criteria, and it can be connected to your job board, so applicants can be directed to input into the database or you can have the database email you when people view or apply to it.  Just an FYI.  Bob
