If you could have any HR software, what would it be? It can be a better version of a current tool such as HRIS, Talent Management or ATS, or even something new that might be exist yet.
Also, if you can include the reason you do not currently have the tool (it does not exist, budget, under contract with a current vendor, no buy-in from upper management, etc) that would be very helpful.
Please be as detailed as possible, we doing research on HR software/HR tools and this information is critical to our research. Thank you!
