Hi All -
I am hoping to find a few experienced recruiters and account managers who have had direct user experience with both Bullhorn and Sendouts.
I'd like to honest opinions on both from a users standpoint - really interested in comparisons - pros and cons.
Thanks

The only thing about Bullhorn, from my experience, was that you have to be prepared to give up your Outlook or other mail server, since Bullhorn does everything for you.(This is going back 4 years or so, so they may have changed this)
Other than the loss of Outlook, it is one of the most robust, 360 degree systems out there. You pay for it, but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend taking a test drive.
BEWARE: Be prepared to dedicate a few people as bullhorn only resources for a bit. Data conversion can take some cleanup.

Gary,
A couple of years back I did demos with several ATS vendors. Bullhorn and Sendouts were my final two. I had a free trial with the Bullhorn system for a week, and really liked the look and feel, as well as many of the features. However, Bullhorn told me as a "smaller" user, that they would not convert my old ATS over. I was told I would have to manually bring over five thousand contacts myself! That was not the customer service I was looking for.
I decided on Sendouts and have not looked back. They have been fantastic servicing me and I have never had a major issue in the couple of years I have been with them. The ATS is awesome, and they are constantly upgrading, adding new features, and partnering with other vendors to bring more.
From my experience, both of these systems offer similar features. However, having come from an ATS that offered HORRIBLE customer service and support, my focus was finding the best system with the best support out there. That is why I chose Sendouts. I hope that helps-

I personally have not used Sendouts, however, I have had experience with Bullhorn. I felt that Bullhorn was very easy to use, navigate and had a strong customer support team.
I can't really think of any cons with Bullhorn. I found it an easy to learn system that is very user friendly. It was very easy to use it to send mass emails as well as for reporting activity.
I'd be happy to talk to you more about how the company I worked with utilized Bullhorn and some of the features I felt were easy to use as well as helpful.
