Sourcing Techniques - Juarez Mexico follow this discussion

I'm wondering if anyone has had experience sourcing passive candidates in Mexico.  I am an avid user of Zoominfo and Jigsaw, neither of which have any options for sourcing out of Latin America.  I have had some success on Linkedin.

If you've sourced out of Mexico - I'd love to hear any tips you can share!!!  Thanks in advance for any insights you may have!

      Michelle,

I am not sure what type of roles you are sourcing for, but indistinctively the best method in Mexico is direct sourcing. The gatekeepers are always more than willing to openly share information provided a "compelling" story, you will be able to generate names relatively easily.

Also, you might want to try "empleate.com", a very popular and inexpensive job board (Last time I checked it cost 80 USD per month, and engagements were quarterly). You might want to use that as a source not only of candidates but also for networking purposes and as an additional source for name generation.

      Hope this helps,
