I lost my position in February as a corporate recruiter for an engineering firm.  I am seeking a position as a corporate recruiter in the greater Orlando area.  Until that awesome day comes, I am interested in helping people with their resumes.  Can anyone advise me as to how to go about doing that?  I'd like to avoid wasting my talents in this area.  I've gone to several outplacement firms and they say they'll refer people to me...but it hasn't happened as yet.  I'd like some advise on this.  I don't want to work splits or agency work.
