Am I concerned about drinking in bars? Physical activity in cathouses? Eating in restaurants. Weightlifting in Gyms?

Job Boards are inherently open. There should be no expectation of privacy even when it is claimed. The whole notion is wishful thinking. We checked out a job board because we do the demos to make sure we are not missing anything. We saw a couple interesting "confidentially" posted candidates. When we emailed their confidential addresses the system 'inadvertantly' gave us the candidate's real name and email address. We asked the people who run the board and they said 'we warned 'em'. Oh well... I guess some folks will learn the hard way...You can't put up a billboard and tell some people not to see it.
