    Thanks for posting this article. It's suprising to see the word boom used in a positive context in contrast to the typical political hotbed of activity and chaos, most often the common newswire out of the Middle East, particularly in Iraq. As an HR professional working for an employer with locations throughout the Middle East (one location in No. Iraq), Europe and the US, we understand the challenges associated with hiring and retaining talent in the region. Yet, what should be appreciated and recognized is that despite the challenges, it does not prevent the organization's management and visionaries from investing in what it takes to build and staff world-class schools in support of children achieving their full potential through access to an exceptional education. Here's to positive validation that boom can mean something more than a life-threatening detonation but rather a life-altering economic and social boost with potential sustainable and scaleable results.
