Corporate recruitment: what works and what doesn't plus other musings.

State of the Blogosphere follow this blog post

Just saw an interesting article here about the state of the Blogosphere, not just our small part of it but all of it. According to the author, the Gartner report says that blogging and community contributions on the Web will peak in the first half of 2007.

I’m not sure what that means to us in the recruitment industry. Maybe it means that quality will increase?

Thoughts?

Simon, I am new to the blogging world, but have found it very interesting to say the least. I don?t think a lot of people are getting out there and expressing their opinions and thoughts. It may be because of a fear of retribution, stage fright etc. However, I think if the quality of the postings are going to increase, then more people need to start responding to a blog and new people need to start putting their thoughts out too.

    Just my two cents.
