As you all can relate, in many instances recruiting never stops. But when you add conferences, recruiting trips, training sessions and career fairs;these additional activities cramp the little things we do for a living... like work.
So as you push yourself to these undertakings, count the blessings... you could be the recruitee instead of the recruiter.
