Hello and Welcome. . . follow this blog post

Hello and welcome to Recruiting for the Non-Recruiter Blog!!

This blog is intended for anyone who has an interest in the world of recruiting whether you are a recruiter, involved in human resources, a hiring manager, anyone. As you may know, the world of recruiting, sourcing, and selection is a very highly technical, fast-moving, and ever-changing place. I don't claim to be expert. I do, however, claim to have been there.

I welcome all comments, suggestions, and discussions and promise to post frequently keeping the blog new and fresh.

On the flip side, check out my sister blog at http://www.bloggingforjobs.blogspot.com/. Blogging for Jobs is aimed primarily towards the job seeker and was created namely out of my own frusteration while I was in the job hunt when I first relocated to Oklahoma.

And finally, don't forget to join my linked in network at http://www.linkedin.com/in/jmillermerrell. My 2008 New Year's Resolution is to get up and get out there as a professional member of the community both locally and online.

Cheers!
Jessica
