Setting the Record Straight follow this blog post

We wanted to take an opportunity to answer the question which I have received over the last few months a countless number of time. Is Recruiterreqs.com looking to make it harder for Contingency Recruiters to make a living? The easy one word answer to that is NO!

What we have tried to do is make it easier on both the Employer and the Recruiter. How, well if an employer is looking to hire an employee on their own and they have looked internally and advertised on their own and have just not found the right person what our Job Board offers is an alternative for them. These may be employers who for countless reason are trying to save money but yet need to go outside to get the help of a 3rd party recruiter but do not have the money in their budget or have stopped using outside recruiters because of the fees. What we are doing is trying to make it affordable for them to start using the services of 3rd party recruiters again or if they are not happy with the ones they are working with give them access to others that may fulfill their needs. We are offering them the services of talented recruiters at possibly reduced fee without giving up the highest quality of service they deserve.

What we are offering 3rd Party Recruiters is an opportunity whether you are an independent, a small office or a larger regional or national firm the opportunity to first compete on a level playing field and second to possibly work with a company that prior to joining us you would have never had the opportunity whether it was because you didn't have the contacts, marketing and/or advertising dollars to get these employers to know who you are.

Some of Our Do's and Don'ts

We do offer the Employer the opportunity to post their jobs Free.
We do offer the Recruiter a chance to pay one fee per month no matter how many placements they make.
We don't take a percentage of every placement.
We don't ask Employers to tell Recruiters the fee they are going to pay for a position to be filled.
We do ask Recruiters to tell Employers the fee they will charge to fill a position
We don't ask recruiters to join before there are jobs in their recruiting expertise posted.
We do allow Recruiters to register and set up an alert so when jobs in their specialty are posted they can decide if they want to start paying their membership at that point.
We don't ask Employers for an exclusive on any job posted on our Job Board nor do we tell them how many Recruiters they should work with that is their decision.
We do provide a contract between the Employer and Recruiter for the particular job that the Employer had posted and the fee the Recruiter has submitted once the employer has made that decision.
We do allow both the Employer and Recruiter to create a profile and Employers can search Recruiters Profile when deciding who's fee submittals to accept.
We do remove jobs from the Job Board once the Employer has decided who they wish to work with on that position. So our Job Board will never look like a Monster, CareerBuilder or some of the many others that are out there.

Finally, The Recruiterreqs.com Team is dedicated to providing a quality of service that is second to none and we hope we have answered the question that many of you have been asking either us or each other.

We know that Employers are looking to save money on their bottom line, Recruiters are looking to add to theirs and we feel that this is a concept that will help both parties.

In closing let us just say that we are still committed to donating a portion of our earnings to charities who help the unemployed or less fortunate and from all of The Team, Thank you for your time and please e-mail us with any questions you may have admin@recruiterreqs.com

Regards,
The Recruiterreqs.com Team
