Every day we see new Job Boards being launched and new ads for Employers to Post Jobs and candidates to post their resumes which are wonderful we need those services however:

The team at Recruiterreqs.com believes that there is allot of undiscovered recruiting talent in the industry but because of a lack of contacts or marketing and/or advertising dollars some of these recruiters can't compete with some of the larger firms out there whose names you always hear and have the resources and name recognition to get Employers to listen.

We also feel that many Employers would be surprised at how much of this talent exists and how competitive they are in looking to fill positions and working not as a vendor but as part of your team.

Recruiterreqs.com is a Job Board whereby Employers can post their positions free and have these recruiters work on your jobs at a cost not typically associated with a normal Recruiting Fee. Does that mean that they service and quality is less than it would be if you were paying 25-30 percent for a new hire... absolutely not!

These Recruiters who have registered with our Job Board are either Independents or with some smaller Regional Firms and National Agencies you hear about everyday however with our platform they have the opportunity to work with Employers they may have never had the chance to before joining Recruiterreqs.com.

We tell Employers we have designed a Job Board that if they use the services of 3rd Party Recruiters for various positions or have stopped because of the fees associated this is an opportunity to begin using those services again but without the typical fees you have come to expect but with the quality you deserve.

We are all in business and looking to accomplish the same goal work with Employers to get them the Employees they need to make their business prosper and grow. Others have decided to do it their way we have decided to take this approach.

Why? Because we have worked on both sides of the business and can't remember how many times we could not hire or get someone hired because there wasn't enough money in the budget with our platform you may have just saved that money!

We have been recently asked if we are like Bounty Jobs or Dayak and the answer is NO! They have their business models which works for them we see recruiting a little differently.
