You know the drill ... try to find the number ... call two that were old or disconnected. Finally got one that rang and it went to voice-mail. So you left a message .. .. was it received? Was it the correct 'William J. Williamson' ... If it was, will they return the call ... of course they will - everyone returns calls (RIGHT!!).
And this time they do - but you've stepped out of the office or were on another call.
Ping - Pong ... We all know that game!
So, you both try again! And again ... and again!
And finally, you connect.
Has anyone ever computed the time and money that it actually costs for that completed call?
What if you actually had the capability to have that time consuming, but necessary activity, completed in a professional manner at a fraction of the cost of the hourly rate of total compensation for yourself or your staff?
What would that be worth to you and your company?
