Recently Linkedin has made some great changes that make it's use as a recruiting tool even more powerful than before. The primary changes I am referring to are the addition of the profile organizer for paid accounts and twitter integration. The profile organizer allows one to organize profiles in folders. There is also a feature that allows one to take notes about the candidate. I have been using that section to take notes as I conduct the initial phone interview.
