  Great read. Greed is still the underlying problem, and I'm not hopeful that the Mayo model would be  the norm, but it's good that someone recognizes that. I don't have a problem with doctors/surgeons being some of the highest paid members of society, but healthcare has become so much more of a business. That's a shame.
