Michael Arrington wrote about Jobster's pay per applicant model today on TechCrunch.
I always try to follow the comments on TechCrunch when they write up a company in the recruiting industry, because they offer great outsider perspectives on what we tend to view with a jaundiced eye.
I'll be watching the thread as it develops...
