I didn’t realize just how hot the recruiting market for video game developers is. I was reading an article on gamesindistry.biz , a trade publication for the gaming industry, and noticed that there were no less than seven recruitment banner ads blinking at me!

I also saw what is probably the best recruitment banner ad I have ever seen, so I grabbed a few screen shots.

It has a human touch that sets it apart…

…explains what the company does…

…and invites candidates to learn more.

The ad stood out from an incredibly crowded page and made me want to learn more.
