Okay - so we are getting into the Holiday Season now. I just left so many voicemails I feel like the puppy above - and I know it is going to get worse! I'd like to get your thoughts on fun ways to make this time of the recruiting year worthwhile to pick up the phone! I know this is a great time of the year to work on next years business/recruiting plan, but I am interested to find out what fun things you guys out there might be doing to try to generate some candidates / interviews this time of the year.
(p.s. - is that not the cutest puppy ever?)
