Seeking professional recruiters who will work on commission.  Leap Career will pay you 60% of everything that you bill thru Leap Career.  If you have not been a successful recruiter please do not apply.  This position is for someone that can successfully work from home and does not need to be  micro managed.

You will need to generate leads, interview candidates via phone (pre screen applicants for positions that you or your Leap Career Team member has open.

 When you bill over:

$10,000 we pay your mortgage up to $2,000

$50,000.00 we pay for insurance for the year of service. If insurance is not needed a cash bonus.

If a recruiter at any time bills at 35% you receive 60%

Each month as always Leap Career gives out incentives.  We are always open to suggestions!

In the past they have been, when the first recruiter bills over $30,000

Laptops, two tickets for the continental USA, all inclusive trips, spa days, gift certificates, Chicago event tickets, and cash bonus.
